Question

Is it the intent of section 101.2 to require that a permit be issued and inspections performed on every type of structure regardless of use and occupancy or location.

There is an exemption for hunting and fishing camps of less
than 1000 sq ft at Section 101.4.8.2 inthe Energy
Conservation Code - However, shooting
houses (range?), huts or storage buildings do not fall into
that category.
