Question
Is it the intent of 416.5 that each hand washing sink shall be supplied with seperate ASSE 1070 tempering valves? Or may several sinks be placed on the same ASSE 1070 valve if it is sized for maximum flow of fixtures it serves?

The Code is silent on the number of fixtures that may be
connected to a single tempering valve, therefore, the
choice of the number of lavatories that can be connected to
a single tempering valve is at the designer's discretion
and the manufacturers specs for the intended valve.
