Question

Is it the intent of the Florida building code to restrict or negate industry standard installation practice for inground fiberglass pools which require equalization (filling with water) of lateral pressure for backfilling of pool. (Standard installation instructions).

R4101.19 provides an exemption for fiberglass pools.
