Is it the intent of 3013 that there is no requirement for the structural design of a temporary tent erected for a period of less than 180 days?

Yes, tents as defined, erected for less than 180 days, are
not regulated for structural and wind design, they are
required to meet the provisions of the Fire Prevention Code.

Commentary
If erected for 180 days or more then its not temporary
therefore required to comply with all the provisions of the
Florida Building Code.
