Is it the intent of section 304 to classify an adult education program on a high school campus as Business Occupancy or can it be classified as Educational?

The proper occupancy classification for an adult education
program is Business as 304.1 specifically calls
out "Educational occupancies for students above the 12th
grade."

Commentary
There is no simple answer to the question without further
information. If the Adult Ed classes are regular K-12
classrooms than it is an Educational Occupancy. If the
classes are taught in buildings that are used for non-adult
students than the building is an Educational occupany and
the Adult Ed is accessory to the Educational occupancy. If
the Adult Ed classes are other than k-12 classes and the
adult students are being taught in their own building than
Business occupancy would be appropriate.
