Question
Is it the intent of this section that whatever FBC generation (2007, 2010, etc.) code was applied to the project when it was reviewed by AHCA shall be the same generation code used by the local municipality when they review the project?

AHCA review as referred to in 419.1.5, is only applicable
for state licensure purposes by that agency. Building Code
compliance would be determined by date of application and
the code under which the permit was applied for, regardless
of when AHCA did their licensure review.
