Question: Is it the intent of section 101.2 of the 2007 Florida Building Code: Existing Building to "apply to the repair, alteration, change of occupancy, addition and relocation of existing..." manufactured and/or mobile homes?

Yes. Repairs and alterations of manufactured homes must be
re-certified by the manufacturer or otherwise comply with
the Florida Building Code. Change of occupancy, addition
and relocation must comply with the Florida Building Code.
