Question
FBC building and Residential codes differ on this section for town house separation. Residential code excludes opening and rating in perpendicular walls. Building code includes perpendicular walls up to 4ft. Is there a point when several townhouses (each fee simple) in one building are considered as "commercial" therefore follow FBC 2007 Building?
