Question
Is it the intent of Section 417.5.2 to not except a manufactured cultured marble shower base with a factory recomended drain connection installed, from being an approved prefabricated receptor?

NO, a prefabricated receptor such as a marble receptor
would be permitted as long as the prefabricated receptor
meets the requirements of 417.1
