Question
Is it the intent of Section 1202.0 to limit the scope of this chapter to residential structures only?

The scope is not limited and the Chapter applies to all
moved buildings. The provision allowing buildings to be
moved and not brought up to current code in effect at the
time the building or structure is moved applies only to
residential buildings or structures. It should be noted
that the section does not limit itself to single family
residential structures.
