Question
Is it the intent of Exception (1) under 1010.1 RAMPS to disallow the enforcement of 1010.10, GUARDS, on accessible ramps over 30 inches in height? Note: Chapter 11 has no requirement for GUARDS on curb ramps over 30 inches above grade.
