Question
Is it the intent of the exception listed in R4101.21.4 to include both vinyl and fiberglass pools? Per the manufacturer’s documents, the pool bottom is not a structural element; therefore, can you confirm that this would then become an exempt pool from the hydrostatic relief valve requirement?
