Question
In it the intent that if a state funded educational school that under goes a remodeling in a classroom or building. Only those remodeled classroom(s) are required to have the path of travel to the nearest toilet facility shall not exceed a distance of 200 feet.

Yes, unless the remodeled spaces includes a new group toilet
room. In that case the 200 feet rule would apply as much as
possible for the existing configuration of the building(s).
