Question
Is it the intent of code for private clubhouse of 17,000 sf that has a golf shop of 600 sf to have facilities for 1 men and 1 women toilet fixture in the building count or add the total sf together with the correct personnel capacity.

Because the golf shop is less than 10% of the main
structure it is an accessory to the main occupancy, the
17000sqft assembly occupancy is used for the fixture count.
