Question

Is it the intent of the Florida Existing
Building Code that existing double ended
flourescent luminaires in a level 1,2,or 3
alteration that are relocated comply with the
disconnecting means required by NEC 410.130(G)?

NO, unless the existing fixtures were being replaced or
upgraded with new ballasts.
