Question
Is it the intent of 419.4.2.5.1 All exterior window units, skylights, exterior louvers and exterior door units including vision panels and their anchoring systems shall be designed to resist the wind load requirements of the code and the debris impact requirements in Sections 1626.2 through 1626.4. To invoke sections 2410 through 2415 as well as 1626.2 through 1616.4, or are we suppose to design the glazing system for the project design loads and the glazing shall meet the impact loads?

Yes, the glazing system must meet the project design loads
and the glazing itself must meet the impact loads.
