Is it the intent of FBC-Buildng section 1030.12 to superscede the travel distance requirements of sections 1030.11.2.1 and 1030.11.2.2? Is it possible that one of these sections is an error?

conflict, the most
exacting requirement, 1030.12, shall apply.
