Is it the intent of Florida Building Code - Residential Section 703.4 to not allow a stone veneer meeting the requirements of ACI 530 to be installed as an Adhered Masonry Veneer?

Adhered Masonry Veneer, which is defined in Section 1402.1
of the Florida building Code - Building as "Veneer secured
and supported through the adhesion of an approved bonding
material applied to an approved backing."
