Question
Is it the intent of Florida Building Code - Building Section 303 to require bleacher type seating for an A-4 occupancy or are non-fixed "table and chairs" an acceptable alternative?

No. While the types of uses listed for Group A-4
occupancies, typically use fixed seating, Florida Building
Code - Building Section 303 does not contain a prohibition
against non-fixed seating. However, all the applicable
provisions of FBC - Building Section 1025 would apply as
well as the remainder of the general provisions of FBC -
Building Chapter 10.

Commentary
It should also be noted that the Florida Fire Prevention
