Is it the intent of Florida Building Code - Building Section 715 to require smoke and draft control doors in fire rated corridors when the doors in the fire rated corridor are fire resistant rated assemblies?

Yes. Florida Building Code - Building Section 715.3.3
states, in part that "...fire door assemblies shall also
meet the requirements for smoke and draft control door
assembly tested in accordance with with UL 1784...".
