Question

Is it the intent of Florida Building Code - Building Section 505.4, Exception 5 to allow an enclosed mezzanine, used as a business office, in an aircraft hanger with egress from the mezzanine provided by an open walkway (guardrail on the open side) that leads to two separate stairways?

Yes, provided all other restrictions, such as travel
distance, accessibility, etc. are met.

Commentary

The components of the two or more means of egress from a mezzanine are not required to be separated from the room below.
