  • Comment: In lieu of a sink that is mounted to the wall we would like to provide a section of countertop with a drop-in sink? the counter and sink would meet accessibility requirements for knee & toe clearances as well as reach ranges and faucet controls.

I would consider a counter with drop in sink, that meets all of the sizes, clearances, ranges and clear floor space requirements, as meeting the code for a wall mounted sink.
