When a home is built under this code, does the home have to have a dedicated circuit for this vehicle only, along with the other already required dedicated circuits for the garage under NEC/FBC

Outlets installed for the purpose of charging electric vehicles shall be supplied by a separate branch circuit. Such circuit shall not supply other outlets. (210.17)
