No, unless modifications are needed for employment. (Falls under a different standard) Code has minimum requirements of Approach, entry & exit. An Accessible path connecting the required common area accessible route and means of egress; an accessible entry at door or opening into work area and then a required wheelchair space clearance within work area. There is an exemption of work areas less than 1,000 sq ft.

Note the following from section 203.9 - Spaces and elements within employee work areas shall only be required to comply with 206.2.8, 207.1, and 215.3 and shall be designed and constructed so that individuals with disabilities can approach, enter, and exit the employee work area.
