Question: Is it the intent of section 107.3.4.2 to allow licensed division I contractors to certify plans for other licensed contractors to obtain permitting?
Comment: Drawings have been submitted for review by a division I contractor to obtain permitting for construction, but the plans submitted are certified by a different division I contractor for compliance with wind resistance requirements.
