    Given that there is 6ft of separation between building exterior walls in a zero lot line development. Can an exterior wall be set back from the zero lot line by a short distance to accommodate practical issues such as providing room for strip foundations cast between the wall and the boundary or to accommodate mechanical equipment etc. and still rely on condition #4 (For zero lot line developments to an imaginary line between two buildings on adjacent lots ..............)
